Welcome to Ace Aquatics' Shipping Policy section. Here, you can find all the essential information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We believe in transparent and reliable shipping to ensure your products reach you in excellent condition.

Standard shipping flat rate of £3 with orders over £30 receiving free shipping ( 1-5 day )

 

Express shipping flat rate of £5 ( 1-3 day ) 

 

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday with a 2pm cut off for same day dispatch, orders made over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. 

 

Live stock such as shrimp and snails may be delayed in times of severe weather or industrial action. 

 

if you experience any issues with your order contact us ASAP. Livestock doa claims must be made within 1h of receiving delivery and be in the sealed bag. We take no responsibility for doa on missed deliveries 

 

returns are expected within 30 days.
